Once you’ve selected options, we’ll arrange a tour schedule and provide details on the application process and more apartment information.
Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll assist with gathering requirements and submitting the application. During this process, we can reserve the apartment until the application is complete.
Once you apply, a screening will occur, typically lasting 2 to 3 business days, possibly longer during national holidays.
Following the screening, we’ll notify you of the outcome through a call or chat. During this communication, we’ll finalize details such as the move-in date, payments, and contract signing.
After the screening, finalize a contract covering essentials like gas, water, electricity, and internet. It’s recommended to settle everything before your move-in date to avoid any inconvenience.
During this stage, there’s a designated period for settling all required deposits. Once everything is resolved, we’ll send you the contract.
We’ll send the contract to your home address and guide you through completing the documents. After signing, we’ll schedule the day for you to pick up the apartment key.
